Wynn Hotel Las Vegas

Walking into the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas for the first time was quite an eye-opening experience. Seriously. Once you step inside the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas and take your first look around, you feel as though you are in somewhat of a fantasy world successfully combining Beverly Hills with Phantom of the Opera. There are many great experiences to be had while visiting the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas and we will share some of ours in our past few visits to the Wynn.
I remember the first time we visited, one heck of a hot day and Britney Spears was really making a name for the Wynn as that was publicly the hotel she was usually staying at. We thought we’d hike up the strip and see what all the hype was about.
The first thing we discovered about the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas after first stepping inside was the fact that, what we heard was not hype at all. The place is fantastic.
We strolled down the shopping hall and could not help but become a bit mesmerized by all of the really nice stuff they were selling. Seriously. They had some REALLY well-known designer stores there.
This feeling was all spectacularly placed in an area which made us feel as though we were in a shopping hall in a deleted scene from Phantom of the Opera. Check out the bold red carpets and beautifully extravagant chandeliers! Wow.
So we thought we would stay a while.
Once we entered the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas casino, there were our penny slots! Right there. Not hidden…very welcoming. We proceeded to spend our money.
It took a little while for the cocktail waitress to come by but she did.
I got a beer, and my friend got a mojito. I am mentioning this because I wanted to point out the mojito.
I have never seen a mojito so nicely prepared in a slot machine area. They had the leaves in it and everything. A nice complimentary drink for us.
So our thought was “hey they really take care of the penny slot players here too!” we didn’t have a problem…except for the time it took to get a drink, but that’s ok. There are lots of other places to go for that.
We never stayed at the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas ourselves, but our friends just returned form their stay at the Wynn and they said it was spectacular!
Granted, they have a lot more money to spend but they are that much harder to impress. Good job, Wynn casino!
In addition to the slots, we did check out the sports book room which was pretty nice, rather mellow, but the people in there were sure having a good time. Kind of like a little clubhouse kind of feel in a very distinguished atmosphere. Cigar anyone?
We also checked out one of their clubs called Tryst recently.
The Tryst Wynn club was a pretty amazing experience overall. If you can get into Tryst, do it.
There is a variance of ages in the club, but of course, the 20-30’s group seemed to rule. Even though there were older couples sitting at the tables lining the outside water area at the bottom of the waterfall. Yes, I said waterfall. A pretty high one at that. It was very impressive.
They even had their own dancers up on the platforms throughout the Tryst night club at the Wynn.
That experience was definitely one we’ll have to take advantage of again.
Overall, the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas is indeed one place we would love to stay at in the future and we do plan to, but there are many options and frankly, it is rather pricey…but well worth the price if you have the money to pay.
So, I guess the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas will have to wait, but we will definitely be returning soon, whether or not we get to live there for a few days or not.
